Hello and welcome!
First and foremost, congratulations for taking the time to take care of yourself. I hope you'll discover it's an essential element in your self-care tool box. I aim to provide a compassionate, inviting space that helps you take a breath and slow down.
Techniques that I have studied and incorporate into a personalized session include classic Swedish relaxation, Thai massage stretching, Acupressure, Cranial Sacral Therapy and positional release techniques similar to OrthoBionomy. I incorporate hot towels, a table warmer and essential oils for added relaxation. I use gentle techniques that are effective in calming the nervous system and releasing muscle tension. I hope you walk away from the table with more body awareness and more ease in your everyday living.
*If you enjoy a high intensity massage, I suggest you look to a sports massage therapist or someone who specializes in Deep Tissue/Trigger point. My approach is to work smarter not harder. I invite you to see for yourself how effective a more nuanced, slow, and medium pressure approach can work.
All techniques that I use are kind, sensitive and responsive. I see a wide variety of clients and welcome all ages. Massage is for just about everyone! It can help with pain relief, stress reduction, rehabilitation, depression/anxiety management, or better mobility and all around feeling good!
In case you didn't know, disrobing is optional. My clients safety and comfort is my top priority. I am trauma informed and welcome neurodivergent clients. I hope to become a trusted, caring member of your healthcare team.

Covid Safety Protocols I follow Covid safe practices required by the state and county guidelines. As I'm sure you'll understand, procedures may change and I'll be sure to inform you before your session if they do. My work background has always required stringent hand washing and sanitation protocols. I am vaccinated but do not require others to disclose to me if they are or are not vaccinated. As long as we all follow proper protocol to keep each other safe!
At this time, I will continue to wear a mask (K-95 style mask upon request). You are not required to wear a mask but if you think you may have been exposed or have been around children, traveling, etc. please wear a mask to protect me from getting sick.. If you are uncomfortable lying prone while wearing a mask, we can arrange a pillowcase in the face cradle that allows room to breath while still containing any air particles. Shown Here. Nitrile gloves are not a requirement because proper hand washing has been shown to be the best practice but I'm happy to wear them if it makes you more comfortable..
I promise as close to a full disinfection of surfaces between clients as I can. I use hydrogen peroxide and alcohol as disinfectants; as to avoid harsh chemicals and fragrance. I schedule clients with 30 minutes between scheduled appointments, unless they are family members living in the same dwelling. I keep a window open during our session, if possible. We also run multiple HEPA air filters throughout the office. All used laundry is kept in a closed bag, away from the treatment room. Any tool I use is immediately washed and/or disinfected after each client. Safety is of the utmost importance to me. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
I look forward to being on your healthcare team! Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. See you soon!
